Refund policy

At renzomnra, purchases from renzomnra.shop are covered by a 30-day free return policy. You may request a return because you changed your mind or because there is a problem with your purchase.

How to arrange a return

Email mrhonnanaankay@outlook.com within 30 calendar days after delivery. Please identify your order number, checkout email address, and the items you wish to return. You do not need to explain a change-of-mind decision.

We will provide the correct return destination and a prepaid shipping label or another return arrangement at our expense. For returns under our voluntary policy, please send the items within 14 days after receiving our instructions and retain proof of shipment.

Our correspondence address is not automatically a return facility. Contacting us helps ensure your parcel reaches the correct location; statutory cancellation does not require our approval.

Preparing the goods

Please include supplied accessories and use packaging that reasonably protects the goods. Original packaging is helpful when available.

Reasonable unpacking and inspection are permitted. Missing original packaging alone does not remove statutory rights. Misuse or damage beyond reasonable inspection may affect eligibility under our voluntary offer, subject to applicable law.

Costs and refund amounts

Return shipping is free. We do not charge restocking or return handling fees.

For a complete order return, we refund the amount paid for the goods and standard outbound delivery. For partial returns, we refund the returned goods and any delivery charges refundable by law.

We do not retrospectively add shipping charges because a partial return reduces your retained purchase below the free-shipping threshold.

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect purchases

Contact us if your order arrives damaged, incomplete, defective, or different from what you purchased. Describe the issue and provide photographs if reasonably available.

We will arrange an appropriate repair, replacement, or refund and cover necessary shipping costs. Our voluntary 30-day window does not shorten mandatory rights concerning product defects or misdescription.

When refunds arrive

We review returns and issue refunds promptly after receiving the goods or return evidence, as required by law. Refunds are made to the original payment method.

After a refund is issued, it is generally expected to appear within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. Mandatory deadlines take priority. If the funds have not appeared after seven business days, email us for assistance.

Order cancellation and exchanges

Contact us immediately to cancel before dispatch. If the order has already shipped, available return and statutory cancellation rights remain applicable.

Exchanges depend on stock. We can help arrange a return and a separate purchase where appropriate.

UK statutory cancellation

For most online goods purchases, UK consumers may cancel without a reason within 14 days after delivery, then return the goods within another 14 days.

Reimbursement is due without undue delay. Unless we offer collection, we may wait until receiving the goods or evidence of return, whichever is earlier, and refund within 14 days of that event. If we offer collection, reimbursement is due within 14 days of cancellation.

Standard delivery is refundable; optional premium delivery supplements need not be refunded unless legally required. A lawful deduction may apply for handling beyond necessary inspection. Return shipping remains free, and our 30-day offer is additional to these rights. UK government guidance
