These Terms govern purchases and use of renzomnra.shop, operated by Cell Source, Inc. under the store name renzomnra.

Read these Terms together with our Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.

Eligibility and responsible use

You must have the legal capacity or appropriate authorization to enter into a purchase contract. Provide accurate information and protect any account credentials.

You may not use the store for fraud, unlawful transactions, infringement, malware distribution, or unauthorized access.

Products and order acceptance

We take reasonable care to describe products, prices, and availability accurately. Screen differences may affect appearance, but they do not excuse goods that materially fail to match their description.

An order is your offer to purchase. An automated receipt acknowledges submission and does not itself establish acceptance. Acceptance occurs when we confirm dispatch unless we expressly accept earlier.

If a stock problem or material error affects an order, we will contact you with appropriate options. We will not impose a higher price or materially different substitute without your agreement. If we cannot fulfill the order, the affected payment will be refunded promptly.

Prices and payment

The currency and total amount payable are displayed before payment.

Standard shipping is free when the merchandise subtotal after discounts exceeds US$30. For US$30 or less, shipping is disclosed at checkout. Equivalent thresholds for other currencies are shown before purchase.

Applicable sales taxes, VAT, import duties, and necessary customs charges are included in the disclosed price or paid by us. You will not bear these charges beyond the checkout total. Contact us about unexpected carrier payment requests so we can arrange payment or reimbursement.

Fulfillment and delivery

Orders normally require 2–3 business days for processing after payment confirmation. Estimated transit is 20–45 calendar days after dispatch, in addition to processing.

Delivery estimates are disclosed before purchase. We obtain agreement to an extended delivery period where required by law.

If we cannot meet a promised shipment date, we will notify you, provide a revised estimate, and offer cancellation with a prompt refund as applicable. Your consent to continued delay will be obtained where legally required.

Returns and remedies

Our voluntary return offer allows free returns requested within 30 days after delivery. Refunds generally appear within 3–7 business days after issuance, subject to payment-provider processing and mandatory deadlines.

Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory rights regarding cancellation, defective goods, misdescription, or delivery.

Website materials and external services

Store content may be used for lawful personal shopping. Other reproduction or commercial use requires permission or another lawful basis.

Third-party services may have separate terms. Their involvement does not remove our obligations as the seller.

Liability and applicable law

Any limitation of liability applies only where legally permitted. We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable.

New York law governs these Terms, subject to mandatory consumer protections under the law of your usual residence. Your right to bring proceedings before a court available under applicable consumer law is preserved.

Updates and contact

Changes apply prospectively and do not alter an accepted purchase contract unless permitted by law or agreed with you.
